Each customer is eligible to upgrade one jewelry item every 8 months.

80% Credit Toward Your Next Piece:

Receive 80% of your original purchase price as credit toward your next jewelry item.

Use Loyalty Rewards Points:

You can also apply your Porositydesigns loyalty rewards points toward your jewelry upgrade, making your new piece even more affordable.

Good Condition Required:

The jewelry being upgraded must be in good condition, as determined by our standard return inspection process.

Upgrade to Higher or Same Value:

Your upgrade must be to a piece of equal or higher value than your original purchase.

Simple Return Process:

The return process for your upgrade is the same as our standard return process—easy and hassle-free.

Example

If you purchased a necklace for $500, you’ll receive $400 in credit (80% of $500) toward your next piece of jewelry valued at $500 or more. You can also use any loyalty rewards points you’ve earned to further reduce your upgrade cost.

How to Start

Ship Your Jewelry:

Return your item using our standard return process.

Inspection:

Once we confirm your jewelry is in good condition, we’ll issue your upgrade credit.

Choose Your Upgrade:

Select your new piece—of equal or greater value—and apply your credit (plus any loyalty points) at checkout.

Terms & Conditions

Only one upgrade per customer every 8 months.

Upgrade credit applies to a single item only.

Jewelry must pass our quality inspection for eligibility.
